Business Overview

James is a very well qualified builder with over 25 years’ experience. He has a vast range of experience and has undertaken projects ranging from small building or house projects including orangeries, conservatories, swimming pools, driveways, kitchens and bathrooms, right up to full extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments and new builds.

James says...

Like so many of the best builders, I learnt my trade from the bottom up.  I started in groundworks working all over the country, then returned to Cambridge, my home town, where I now have a successful business with a strong customer base and a varied and extensive portfolio.

Dawn says...

I first met James when he was working for a neighbor and as well as the quality of the work, one of the things I noticed was his friendly manner and professionalism. I asked my neighbor about her experience with him and was really impressed with the reference. He had also undertaken building projects for other people I know. He has been with scuseme since its launch and has received a stream of excellent reviews.

Business Overview

A Cambridge based company with over 25 years experience in all aspects of building. Hard work and dedication have enabled us to establish a well respected business. 80% of our work is generated through recommendation; with most of our customers returning to do repeat business with us. We are happy to undertake both domestic and commercial work.

Graham says...

Graham is himself a City & Guilds qualified Carpenter & Joiner (apprentice served with Cambridgeshire City Council) and  he also has many years experience in roofing & scaffolding.  He carefully selects all his tradespeople ensuring they are qualified within their particular fields and are able to provide all the necessary certification required to satisfy Building Control. They undertake new build projects, renovations, extensions, loft conversions, kitchen and bahroom re-fits and shop fits.

Dawn says...

Graham provided evidence to back up their reputation for completing top quality work on schedule and within budget.  Operating a policy to only accept final payment when the customer is one hundred percent happy with the completed work. They are very flexible in their approach; realising that customers sometimes decide to make alterations to plans once building work is in progress. In these instances they are always happy to adapt the work to suit the customer; liaising with Building Control and the Planning Department as required.
