Hello Dan Dawn recommended you for this. We noticed a leak in ground floor toilet as the paint started peeling off. We got a leak detection done as it was the end of terrace wall. However looks like the leak was from toilet and the plaster board needs replacing along with toilet refit. We also have a water leak from the shower door in second floor ensuite. We had tried fixing this earlier, however, it was more of temporary fix. We would like to get this fixed completly this time around.
