Looking for Bathroom Fitters

Dear Chris I would be grateful if you could help us. We couldn’t turn off our bathroom tap today. The mains tap is stuck and the top of it sheared off. We found an intermediate tap behind the bath panel and partially turned it off, but it leaks now (more than a dripping tap but less than full flow). It was rather inaccessible so we weren’t really able to turn it off completely. Also, we seem not to have hot water now. So, we would really like help with our bathroom tap, but think it would also be a good idea to have a look at all our plumbing. With many thanks Wendy and Ken Smith
